1. When I wake up in the morning, I get a cup of coffee, go sit at my desk and say this statement out loud: "I AM a living being with God-given rights. I do not consent to your infringements. I do not concent to your Saturn-Moon-Earth Matrix system. I do not concent to your black magic mind control. You are artificial. I am organic and soverign and have free will". 4. You will want to start getting rid of your negative ego. As you progress from here, your kundalini could be spontaneously activated. It is important to work on the ego before kundalini rises otherwise you may experience what is known as "Kundalini Sickness" which can be horrifying. Kundalini is necessary to connect us to our higher selves and unlock our subconscious. It is also needed in order to activate your lightbody. Our first 9 chakra's are the kundalini energy. (We have more then the 7 main chakras) Activating this energy gives us access to our "higher self" or "oversoul". Spiritual Ascension is a simultaneous increase of Expanding Consciousness and a descension of our higher dimensional spiritual-energetic bodies into our physical bodies. This happens through the process of progressive Kundalini awakening at the base of our spine, which moves these energies up the central vertical column into the Crown. Ascension is a change in the spectrum of frequency which happens through biological Kundalini awakening, which initiates a change in the focus of our Consciousness. Ascension is about moving our consciousness from one reality to another. Since reality is a Dimension, what we are undertaking is essentially a full dimensional shift. To go through this consciousness shift, we must adjust our way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with our Soul purpose and true divine essence.

Example of Negative Ego:
Situation- You come home and your partner has left the dishes in the sink which you asked them to do.
Your ego reacts- They never listen to me or respects me. Your ego has created this story in your mind.
Ego work- Pause. Deep breath. (Inner dialogue- when I come home and the dishes aren't done, it makes me feel invisible, just like I did as a kid)

Situation- You read something online that immediately angers you.
Your ego reacts- I cant believe they said that. This person is so wrong and Im going to let them know. Your ego is triggered and has created a story in your mind.
Ego work- Pause. Deep breath. (Inner dialogue- something about this post has created a deeper, emotional reaction in me and Im not sure why)

Situation- Someone betrays you in some way.
Your ego reacts- Everyone always hurts me. Im never getting close to anyone ever again. Your ego has created this story.
Ego work- Pause. Deep breath. (Inner dialogue- This persons behavior is how they feel about themselves. Today I am feeling hurt. I will do something loving and kind for myself)

5. Once you start to recognize your negative ego, you will want to acknowledge and face your shadow self. This can be quite painful for some, but it is necessary. 6. You will want to start meditating and doing some kind of energy exercise such as Qi Gong or Yoga. Meditation is the fastest way to bring in more light from your oversoul which will raise your vibration and bring healing and peace.

7. Do not drink any water with fluoride- This calcifies the pineal gland and it is poison. You will need your pineal gland de-calcified in order to activate and use it.

Many feel that as a starseed or lightworker, you should not charge for your services. While I agree some things should be given for free, not everything can be. Reptilian Overlay Test
